‘Fire Insurance for the Afterlife?’ by Ryan Burge. Does fear of death correlate with belief in the afterlife? It’s kind of a tricky question.
‘The Tried and True and Unsurprising Surefire Way to Find Happiness’ by Griffin Gooch. I could ruin it and give you the short answer right here - but I think it’s worth the whole fascinating read.

Church stuff

‘The Church and the News’ by Mark Clavier. Getting politics mixed up with our religion is nothing new. They were doing it way back in 17th century England.
‘What Wyoming’s Frontier Churches Can Teach Us About Planting Today’ by Loren Richmond Jr. The rugged spirit of the can-do west is part of it. But funding and denominational support are, too.

Other stuff

‘I went Live on five different platforms and this is what I learned’ by Jim Keat. A digital minister with an entertaining take on what gets attention and why as we try to share the Gospel online.
‘Why Companies Make Obviously Sh***y Decisions’ by Doug Shapiro. I find this business analysis so interesting in terms of the church. When I think that church could be more like a business, this is what I’m thinking about - are we asking the kind of questions that are likely to lead us out of the places where we’re stuck?
