Reimagining ministry is no longer a choice

  • The institutional church structure - a building, a salaried staff, a clergyperson, a set of programs, all supported by a congregation alone - is no longer sustainable as the only way to do ministry.

  • The digital age has brought challenges - and also opportunities - to meet the world where it is with Good News. We have the tools and platforms for new ways of doing and being church, in-person and online. We're already using them.

  • We can reimagine ministry with small, practical changes today that have a big impact on the Future of Church. We started out of necessity. We can continue out of audacity.

  • It's not too late to answer the call to be the church God needs us to be in the world today. It is too late to pretend that we don't hear it.
